About the Area

Survie is a small hamlet situated between Vimoutiers and Exmes and is due south of Lisieux and Le Havre.

The Pays d'Auge has a rich cultural history with it's chateaux and half timbered houses set among the woods, meadows and rivers.

Situated about an hour from the coast, we are well placed to explore the invasion beaches. The 'Falaise/Chambois gap' was defended at Mont Ormel a mere 4km from the house. Normandy's medieval chateaux and abbeys are not far distant.
